My approach to private yoga & meditation instruction comes from a trauma-informed, body-positive lens. I have extensive training in mindfulness, meditation and spirituality. I am a holistically trained LMHC and specialize in working with trauma & eating disorders. I value creating a wholly accepting, space that is person-centered and allows each individual to explore their own range of mobility and motion while connecting with their inner self. Yoga is for everyone - all ages, body types, and backgrounds!
