I had a birthday party for my 7 year old daughter. We had a fear experience and worked well with a group of 7 year olds. Played many games to music and had a playlist together with all our song requests and many other party songs.

I took a chance when I hired DJ Bryan when he didn't have any Thumbtack reviews, but his price was in my budget and I was willing to give him a shot. I don't regret it, because my wedding was great, he was on point with the planned music for the ceremony, and we danced the night away quite happily. However, there were a few things that suggested he hadn't done this type of wedding before. There were some problems that slowed down the set-up; trouble setting up the equipment, a few forgotten things. No big deal since we were waiting for the rain to stop anyway and my videographer was able to help him figure it out. Outdoor set-ups can be challenging. Otherwise, he was very prompt to contact me in the planning stage, very happy to take requests at the event, and had all the music we could ask for.

DJ Ra La Soul was awesome!! He played the songs my daughter asked for, plus he had his own songs that the kids loved! He showed up early to set up and played down to the last second! I give him props for dealing with a bunch of 14 year olds for 4 hrs! lol But the quality and price for his services were both fantastic!! We will definitely be using him again for future parties!! 🎈 🎉
