HOW WE MEASURE LOADS: We charge by the load , a load is a box the shape of 2 queen box springs put together. That's also the same size of the average pick up truck bed. How ever many of those boxes it would take to fit your junk, is how many loads you have. Additional disposal fees for any items such as mattresses , ACS, & TVs . If its heavy material I charge a little more to cover cost for extra dump fees.

Licensed and experienced , we can often provide immediate service within a few hours notice. keep in mind , we go to locations and amounts are usually more than expected or stated. That being said sometimes time frames change or appts can be rescheduled. We do our best to make every appt on time but please be understanding and thanks for your business !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. Compared to any big junk companies we are well below thier minimum costs for the first load . In comparison to the biggest junkers , we are %35 or so cheaper.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get a clear understanding of the amount so we ask for photos or a description of what's going to be junked. After that we give a general quote of what we might expect to charge that way there aren't any surprises for the customer. We pride ourselves in not dropping unexpected or unreasonable costs to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Smart junkers are experienced movers , many of us working for at least a few moving companies which prepare us for junk removal work. Before we do a job we look at everything , look for any potential problems or hurdles and make the job as safe and easy as possible.
