Joseph Ford was a pleasure to work with. Joe is knowledgeable, personable, quick to get to work and always ready to explain about any questions you may have. Within 20 minutes he was accessing my computer remotely and beginning to diagnose the problem. Joe did what he was able to remotely & then came to my house to complete the job. His price was extraordinarily reasonable, his demeanor was completely professional, and I would recommend him to any friend or family member or anyone else for that matter in need of computer repair. Not going to my computer have virus it had excessive and out-of-control malware. Before seen Joe I was preparing to serve the hard drive into a lake

Joe was very professional, provided a quote that was quite reasonable and traveled to my place to do the installation the same day. (I upgraded my MacBook's RAM and HDD). Would definitely hire again for my computer upgrade or repair needs.
