• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Each project and each client is unique!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Meeting and speaking with the client is the most important part to the start of a project. The project is theirs and we are there to guide them, offering our expertise and experience. Once we've spoken and discussed the project goals with the client, we work with them using a variety of different media. This provides the client with the ability to "see" the project as it unfolds. In our first meeting we will explain in more detail this process, how we work, and what the client can expect throughout the project.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We are licensed Architects and Contractors. We have over 10 years of experience in residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We have worked with clients from all walks of life and all project sizes.
