Lydia is a great trainer whose expertise in teaching functional patterns has helped me build strength and improve my mobility. Lydia is also a great motivator; she poses new challenges each session and encourages me to give it my best - and I always do spurred on by her enthusiasm and careful observation. If you are looking for an inspiring, knowledgeable, highly engaged trainer, your search is over . Lydia is the best by a wide margin!!Dec 9, 2020Review from Google

Ive been working with Lydia for about 16 months now and she has helped me heal my back, improve my posture, acknowledge my feelings, develop a regular exercise routine and meditate. After years of sitting at a desk and commuting long distances in the car, I had lower back pain that caused me a great deal of discomfort. Lydia patiently taught me core exercises and strength training and over time the discomfort was gone. Lydia is extremely knowledgeable, kind and amazing at what she does. I intend to continue working with Lydia for as long as I can because I think its important for me as a 57 year old woman to have someone I love and trust as a mentor and guide in helping me keep my body and mind in shapeDec 7, 2020Review from Google

Lydia is helping me set my muscle tension, my joints are more relaxed and I’m getting stronger working with her. She knows so much about how the body works - she is more like a physical therapist than a trainer with how she looks at the body from a scientific viewpoint. Lydia is awesome.Dec 3, 2020
