- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is for the job in hand. I do cover the charge of most hanging supplies. I'm fully insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first establish communication and then I find out what the jobs entails. We nail down a day/time and that’s pretty much the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and some technical school relating to my work as a handyman along with being in construction most of my adult life.
