FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our very best to find ways to make great projects for a range of different budgets. Please feel free to reach out and let us know your particular situation, and if we can find a way to make your budget work, we will!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the first step in the process is an e-mail or two which then leads (usually) to a phone call, in which we discuss the general project requirements. After this, I will create a quote based on our conversation, and an estimate of the time the work will require. We then typically regroup to go over the estimate, make any necessary adjustments, and once the project is defined and we are ready to move forward, the project begins!
