William's top-notch workmanship, excellent communication skills, high level of ethics, and self-sufficiency, accompanied by materials to protect the area into and on the job site--after a long line of the opposite since we moved here seven years ago, has restored our faith in the world! Wondering who to hire? Wonder no more. I LOVE the tiling job he did in the master bathroom. Now I can finish the electric, plumbing, and figure out what to add around the bathtub for shelves and finish work. VERY exciting!!! But... the true test, of course, was the fact that our huge German Shepherd, who's quite discerning about who he'll give the time of day to, couldn't get enough of William!!

Just to be clear, I did NOT confirm a job with him. However, he responded to my queries quickly, respectfully, and with professionalism. He scheduled a visit in the same week, and his estimate for the job was very fair. Most importantly to me, he did NOT try to scare me with the old sales tactic of "everything is wrong, and you need to get everything replaced". He was honest and tried to fit my needs as opposed to trying to extract as much money as possible from me. I did not confirm him only because I wanted it fixed earlier than he was available.

All I can say is “wow!” He did an EXCELLENT job installing our new vinyl plank flooring. Sadly it took about 2 weekends just to rip out the old kitchen flooring, which he and my husband and I were not expecting, thanks to previous owners having layered the flooring. That was a job in itself! We had tile floors in the kitchen, and we wanted one cohesive floor throughout with no transition. What a great decision! Everything flows so beautifully. He was friendly, cleaned up after on the days they were done, and is just a great person all around. So happy we hired him. If you need floors installed, look no further. He is your man! Last pic is to show the height difference of the flooring in the kitchen. Crazy!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school at Chicopee Comp. Worked as a chemical engineer for 15 years at textile mill in the same town until the company moved overseas. I was very fortunate to meet a master tile setter who took me under his wing. I worked with him for about 10 years. Then I moved to the city and got a job with a high volume commercial flooring company. There I continued my training in all types of flooring products and applications. Now I am a project supervisor, overseeing large commercial jobs in hospitals and schools.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started over 20 years ago as an apprentice for a very particular master tile setter. He's the one that installed my level of detail and my approach to customer needs. I moved into the city and hooked up with a very busy commercial flooring company and I've been with them for over 15 years.
