This is my first time ever hiring a Personal Trainer. I just started training with Trent and looking forward to the progress I make with him.Jul 17, 2019Verified
My experience with Trent has been nothing but positive. He has a very relatable personality and the training process is tailored to your personal goals that he and you discuss prior to starting your sessions. He is very communicative; he has answered my texts within 5 minutes of me sending them. He has also helped me better understand the types of foods and supplements I need to take for the type of body I want to build. I would highly recommend this professional to anyone in the Boston area looking to get in shape.Nov 9, 2018Verified
Trent is a very professional trainer , he is always on time , very flexible and always easy to reach. During the first consultation all questions were answered letting me know what to expect. I started training with him 3 weeks ago and he helped me a lot with building my body and keep me strong. You should expect to have a hard workout with him , but the most interesting thing about working with Trent that he's always changing the way of the workouts , so every time you are doing a new workout so you can't get boring. I will have him as my personal trainer untill the last day of my vacation here.May 19, 2016Verified
If you want a baby sitter or a pampering trainer then Trent is not your guy because he is hard and pushy from day one. He will drain every drop of sweat from your body and will leave you breathless but that’s how personal training is supposed to be. I enjoy working out with Trent and sometimes competing with him on some routines. Trent knows his job really well and if you're committed in terms of food and exercises he can help you to be a better version of yourself only much stronger & healthier. I've been a semi-professional athlete all my life and wanted some specific training to get in my best before the season and he is helping me achieve it. I will work with him again and hire him any day.Feb 19, 2019Verified
This was the worst personal training experience I've ever had. Worst experience: when I started hyperventilating and he wouldn't let me stop (I was afraid for my life, and he brushed off my concerns). Other reasons I would NOT recommend: (1) although his rate is listed per hour, he insists on a minimum of a one month contract, so if you sign, you -- like me -- will pay up front for several sessions you will never use if you find him to be a terrible fit. (2) during our second (and last) session -- despite my paying for eight -- he did a side by side ab workout in which he wasn't paying any attention to my (bad) form but was instead just working out his own abs (on my dime). (3) If all of this isn't reason enough not to hire him, he arrived at least 15 minutes late to both sessions. Given how awful the experience was, maybe having less of him was a good thing. Buyer beware!Nov 19, 2018VerifiedLive Longer Get FIT's reply
This is so said to me to read from a client that quit on herself two month ago. Not sure how thumb tac would even allow Adrienne to even give a review after two month here my point about her being lazy it took her two month to write about me pushing hard the any other trainer. I did train Adrienne 3 times and each time she wanted too quit before completing Exercise i am very good at what i do for a living i love being a personal trainer. But in my line of work i will get clients like Adrirnne that told me to my face that i was tough and she never got pushed as hard as i pushed her. So you quit with out any notice and then you right this long rant How professional is that.
