- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A good deal of care and planning goes into every session I book. For new customers, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit for the first session. Subsequent sessions can be more flexible, once we’ve established a unique system that works for you and your needs! For cancellations with less than one week’s notice, there is a $75 cancellation fee. This is because I set the time aside and am unlikely to fill those slots again on such short notice.

What are my biggest goals and priorities? How involved in the process do I want to be? Do I want to do major surgery or just put a band-aid on it?
