Laura changed my life. I was in tears at the scope of my declutter, and Laura helped me overcome this tremendous daunting fear. Once I got on the right mind frame, we whipped through everything fast. She had an excellent vision for my space snd I wish I had complete before/after photos. Nothing was too big that I felt unable to maintain. I can go on and on. I can’t express in words just how much I was blown away with Laura!! She was professional, high quality, meticulous, kind and extremely calming: I truly had a therapeutic experience “Marie kondoing” my closet and dresser with her. She made an overwhelming project feel enjoyable and took all my donation items with her after which is something that has always been a barrier to my purging because I don’t have a car. I couldn’t believe how much we did in one evening. Also her flexibility is just wonderful: I actually had a different organizing group cancel on me and was relieved because communicating with Laura felt a lot easier and then the experience was exceptional!! Also her flexibility and ability to adapt to your unique needs is incredible. She even went above and beyond to suggest items for our next project which she’s offered to help me get and put together, I honestly can’t wait to work with her again and plan on doing a once over with her through the entire apartment.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    A good deal of care and planning goes into every session I book. For new customers, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit for the first session. Subsequent sessions can be more flexible, once we’ve established a unique system that works for you and your needs! For cancellations with less than one week’s notice, there is a $75 cancellation fee. This is because I set the time aside and am unlikely to fill those slots again on such short notice.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    What are my biggest goals and priorities? How involved in the process do I want to be? Do I want to do major surgery or just put a band-aid on it?
