I contacted Antonio on Sunday about replacing two slow leaking valves. He offered to have it repaired on the same day. I sent him some pictures and he responded with a reasonable rate. His technician was professional, fast, clean, and I will hire him again for future jobs.

Antonio was professional and was able to rapidly install a new toilet. I have no qualms about his skills and capabilities. I would warn potential clients that if there are small changes in the work required - expect significant upcharges. His fee to change a toilet - $350 - is already on the higher end. To charge an additional $150 for installing a flange repair ring (a 10-minute additional non-technical task) is excessive. When already paying such a high fee for the work, one would expect good faith inclusive service. This felt a little like he was taking advantage of the client who needed the work done. Of course, if there was significiant additional labor time required that would certainly warrant additional cost. This was not the case here.
