- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer fair pricing ! We do not charge any extra fees. We charge exactly what labor and materials will cost and will not charge anything extra unless the customer requests something and we review those requests and if there is a potential up charge for that!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going over what a customer wants done and giving a quote is always the first step. When we begin our work we like to do a walk through with our customers around the house to see exactly what they want from us and what they would like us to pay attention to and what prep work needs to be done. We do some before pictures and get started. Along the process we like to keep the customer involved and do some soft walk throughs to make sure it’s meeting their standards. Towards the end we do a final walk through to make sure our customer is 100% satisfied.
