We had a great experience with Laila company, who helped us with painting the whole unit. They are very responsive and professional. The whole process was smooth and quick from getting a quote to completion of painting. They addressed our urgent need of painting the unit in very timely manner. Besides, they went above and beyond and helped us to repair a couple of other things, which are not in the painting scope. We are very happy with their service.

Laila painting did an interior job for me and did an amazing job. They were hardworking and always made sure to keep me involved with the process to make sure I was pleased with the final results. They do very detailed work and made sure to keep the work area clean while working and after when they were finished. Laila painting company was a pleasure to work with. All of the workers on this team are extremely organized and very detail oriented and are all about the customer being happy. They made sure to be very involved while working on the project to make sure that the final result was perfect. They are hard workers and I recommend them for any exterior or interior painting.

The team did a tremendous job painting the exterior of a 3k sq ft colonial towards the end of the outdoor painting season. They started right away and did everything they said they were going to do. I would hire Laila Painting again for sure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer fair pricing ! We do not charge any extra fees. We charge exactly what labor and materials will cost and will not charge anything extra unless the customer requests something and we review those requests and if there is a potential up charge for that!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going over what a customer wants done and giving a quote is always the first step. When we begin our work we like to do a walk through with our customers around the house to see exactly what they want from us and what they would like us to pay attention to and what prep work needs to be done. We do some before pictures and get started. Along the process we like to keep the customer involved and do some soft walk throughs to make sure it’s meeting their standards. Towards the end we do a final walk through to make sure our customer is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of training with experienced painters that allowed me to start my own business.
