Highly recommended. Lucas came by within a day or two to give a detailed (with pictures, line items) quote for 2 different jobs. Once we agreed to the very reasonabl price for the roof work, he gave us a timeframe and came out and did the work. On top of that, it was done in record time and looks great. Lastly, they went above and beyond and fixed some minor issues on the roof I mentioned in passing.

We had ADR come out to redo our back porch. The work quality was excellent; the back porch was a heap of garbage before they fixed it (essentially just roof membrane and rotting wood underneath). It looks great now as you can see. The price was also fabulous. It was around $2,200 to get it repaired and haul away the trash afterwards. The project itself took around three days. The biggest challenge was just with communication. It was sometimes hard to get in contact, but the team did eventually come out and finish up everything they said they would. My guess is that the team was incredibly busy with projects this summer and so it was a bit hard to always come out when they anticipated. Anyhow, everyone was very nice and the value and work quality was great. We’re very happy with the finished product. Thanks ADR!

We have an old house, and one room needed to have the dry wall completely replaced. They did a great job and had the room ready for painting in a couple of days, and at a reasonable price too. We will definitely consider them if we need more work done.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Fillipe and the ADR Home Improvement team. We were under pressure to get our roof project done quickly as we were under agreement on the sale of our house, and Fillipe reached out and set up an appointment within a few days. He gave a quote quickly with clear details, and we agreed to move forward with the project. They were able to squeeze us in when an opportunity opened up and completed the project much quicker than originally planned. They were responsive, professional, and honest. We reached out to many company's here on Thumbtack for this project. I had 2 reply and the 2nd never even sent me the quote. This company ADR got right on it. They came out to meet with us to give the estimate and got it to me rather quickly. They showed up as promised and did an excellent job on an upstairs tear out and replacement of our wood balcony. Then we needed some work done to level the downstairs balcony. They worked late into the night to get the job done to our satisfaction. There was even an employee who constantly cleaned up, bagged all the debris and swept up their dust/trash. I will definitely use them again!
