Erik was up front and honest about pricing and everything my flooring contract would need. The installers did a great job and made good use of time. They paid extra attention to detail and had a couple issues come up which required on the fly adjustments due to existing appliance issues and strategic fireplace issues. They handled this with excellent precision and professionalism. The work arounds look absolutely fantastic and the job came out better than I thought possible. Erik was diligent and professional as well as listened to all of my concerns. I had huge problems in the past with Empire floors and Erik did a great job addressing all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely be using this company for ALL flooring needs and the rest of my home when I need them.

It was incredibly easy to book an appointment online, they responded the next day and kept to the appointment. After a couple of years of reaching out to other companies with no response or commitment, they were a breath of fresh air. They met all my expectations. They installed in less than 4 hours and we love it!
