My husband and I placed our cottage on VRBO for the first time and we needed a reliable cleaning service for the influx of guests over the summer months. Grabiel was the first to return our call from our initial inquiry and his responsiveness has never changed! He and his wife are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Communication and responsiveness are the hallmarks of best business practice and this is what you get with them! We live out of State so Grabiel has been wonderful at helping us with issues that arise, last minute changes, refresh supplies etc. He is extremely accommodating! All of our guests have been happy with the cleanliness of the cottage, thanks to Grabiel! He does all the linens, washes the floors, dusts, bathroom, outdoor shower, trash and even spends the time to remove stains on linens etc. If you need a a great, trustworthy cleaning service, your search is over. Give K&J Southcoast a call. You wont be disappointed.
