I recently hired M&C General Cleaning to clean my home in Lincoln, RI, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the very first call, their responsiveness was impressive — they answered promptly, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled without any hassle.
On the day of the appointment, they arrived right on time — punctuality is clearly something they take seriously, and it made a great first impression. The team was courteous, professional, and respectful of my home throughout the entire visit.
The work quality was exceptional. Every room was thoroughly cleaned — not just the obvious surfaces, but the details that other companies often overlook. The house looked and smelled immaculate when they were done.
In terms of value, I felt the pricing was very fair for the level of service delivered. You absolutely get what you pay for here, and then some. The professionalism of the entire team — from booking to final walkthrough — made this feel like a white-glove experience.
I would highly recommend M&C General Cleaning to anyone in the Lincoln area looking for a reliable, high-quality cleaning service.
They've earned a loyal customer!
