Introduction: When I was in high school I hated math - I didn't get it, and I certainly didn't understand why it was relevant to me. I believe that my struggle in high school has led me to become a tutor who understands her students' need for differentiated learning that excites the mind. My goal is to teach math in a way that makes sense to my students and to improve their problem solving skills that they can carry over into all levels of math. I love the look in a student's eyes when everything clicks. The feeling of excitement, confidence, and pride is something that every single math student should be able to experience. My goal is to make sure that students achieve that experience and become confident math students in the future.
