About our painting...I use only the highest quality materials; to include Benjamin Moore paints. I strive to provide the highest quality workmanship, and always stand behind my work. I pride myself on my attention to detail...so when the job is complete, it does not look just 'painted', it looks remarkable. Beautiful. When I am working for you, you will be my only priority, and all my attention will be directed to the job you have entrusted me to do. I have a professional carpenter on board, to meet all of your woodworking needs, repairs, rebuilds, etc. Pleasing my customers! Working hard comes with its own rewards...there is satisfaction in seeing a completed job well done, and in seeing the pleased satisfaction in the customers who have entrusted me with their painting and home maintenance needs. I like offering as much in my price quotes as I possibly can; and when I go in person to provide a free quote, I always look for the 'extras' I can include in the job at no extra charge!

Outstanding. He started early in the morning, and worked steadily through the day, completing the office by dinner. I was confident to leave him in my home, as I had to be away part of the day. His work was superior, and the quality of materials and craftsmanship surpassed my expectations. He was well organized, neat and meticulous. I had to do no clean-up after he finished and left. I absolutely will use American Home Maintenance again, and would recommend him without hesitation.

Rob Faria has done an outstanding job. Our project is about 75% complete and it is looking better than we had imagined. Rob is very patient, he did the first coat of stain on our deck and we realized thay we did not like the color that we chose. I thought this is it, we have to tell him we dontblike our choice. Low and behold he said NO Problem. He agreed with us that the color we chose was to light. Rob came up with a solution and now we have the perfect color. He is awesome to work with. I rate Rob Faria of American Home Painting 5++ Stars. I recommend him for your next project, you won't be dissapointed!

Great painter with meticulous attention to detail. He tackled a huge ceiling project with thoughtfulness and dedication to perfection. We worked on the painting treatment and he and his men did a fantastic job. I love love love my pickled ceiling with exposed beams. It could have been a disaster, but it’s perfect. Great work!
