- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing and will provide that to all perspective clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is usually made by telephone or email to discuss the specifil goals of the client and their current fitness level. I then send a client multiple questionnaires to help me better understand my clients habits, strengths and weeknesses. I also require a dietary log of three days from all clients. Once all questionnaires are complete, they are evaluated and appointment is set to review and as a team come up with a course of action based on the goals and time frame of my client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a trainer who listens to your fitness goals and avoid one's who put their fitness goals on you. Also avoid "coaches" who are not certified personal trainers selling supplements, meal replacements programs.
