Every single job is on a case by case basis. Factors that alter the pricing are distance, difficulty, volume, etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet personally with every single customer request. I enjoy meeting, discussing the job scope and developing a plan of action with even the smallest of home improvement repair. I want the customer to be involved in the project as I believe that is where a bond can begin. Many of my customers started with a simple repair and it turned out leading to major renovation jobs in the future. For them, and the friends and family that they referred me to.
