I had a bad tenant and my place was just about destroyed. He painted it entirely, patched walls, fixed windows, doors, redid floors, reinstalled lights...he did it all and all in record time. Could not be happier with the job he did!

This was a small yet somewhat complex painting job. I needed a utility closet painted. It houses my w/d which broke and my hot water heater. The w/d had been there since 1988. The walls had never been painted. My new w/d are much smaller and so painting was needed. Golsmith answered right away with a very reasonable charge, not too high or too low. I asked if he could come on a Sunday and he did bringing his assistants, his wife and sister. They did a good job in a very tight space. I added on a task-ripping up the old linoleum on the floor that was curling up. They did a great job getting it up and painting the floor with cement paint. I have a small condo. They were so quiet and on task I couldn't hear them. They finished up everything and now I have a fresh new closet waiting for the washer dryer. Take a look at the other projects on his website. He is versatile and competent.

Provided fair price to complete painting on side of house not attended to by prior contractor. Was efficient, but failed to scrape aside a chimmey, leaving it peeling as opposed to painted. Took some time to come out and repair, but in part to the breakdown of his van and its extensive repairs, and if outside temps cooperated. But will consider again for inside painting job quote.

I've talk to my painter he said the first day when he painted the chimney he scraped everything down it was hard to tell if he scraped in that small area that he missed in the angle he was in on the ladder!
