Introduction: The Fitness Rebellion Online Coaching was founded in 2017 by Matt Wilbur for one reason and one reason only, to help driven men build their ideal body and life. Before you read any further, I want to ask you one very simple question. Who do you want to be? If you're here I know you want to improve your body & health. And that's great, I commend you for taking the first step! However, that's not enough to make a permanent change. What's most important right now is getting CLEAR on who you want to be because your success depends on it. I know I might sound a little out there, but after working with hundreds of clients I've found that this is much deeper than "what's the right workout & nutrition plan". Fitness and nutrition are the engine to achieve it, but without fuel you won't get very far. I'm not here to sugarcoat it, change is going to be hard. But staying in the same place will be much, much harder. Not every man is ready to face that reality yet. That’s okay, our coaching isn't for just every man. The clients that we help are driven, results focused, and on a mission to be better husbands, fathers, and men. They are committed to making a permanent lifestyle change by building the right mindset, habits, and knowledge within our GSD system to juggle business, family, and fitness so that they can "have it all". By far one of the best training programs out there. Between the workouts, nutrition plan and the consistent check ins on how youre doing, they are top notch. When you decide to join this just realize its not a program you are joining, its a family. They truly care about your results and are there for support every step of the way. Matt Wilbur and The Fitness Rebellion has changed my life more than I could have ever imagined when I began my 17 week journey. After working out for several years on my own, I had hit a plateau and was ready to take it to the next level. Thanks to Matt Wilbur, I was able to learn new techniques in the gym, incorporate a food plan, and build mass. No way I could have achieved new goals, feel better, and want to crush it at the gym without Matt. Thanks my friend for the effort - worth every penny!

Four months ago before I turned 40 I decided that I needed to lose some weight and I wanted to get into weight training. I came across Matt Wilbur. We had our first get together and after speaking with him I was hooked. From the coaching, meal planning tips and constantly pushing me to do better, Ive gained overall better eating habits and have a solid workout routine. I went from 230 lbs to 215. I also set a personal goal of being able to bench 225 lbs. Today, I benched 225 lbs, lucky seven. Toughest part for me was the dieting and meal planning, Im still working on it. Ive set a new bench goal of 250. Cant wait to see what else Matt has planned out for me! Matt, thanks for all your help and dedication in helping me out these last 4 months!

Nothing short of 5 stars, 17 weeks after starting I was down 30lbs and felt the best i'd ever felt. This isn't just a program, its a life style change, and a necessary one! Matt has put his heart and soul into helping everyone he can and it shows! The program is killer, easy to follow, full of hard work but its truly implementable. It can literally last a life time.     At The Fitness Rebellion I take an individualized approach to each and every client. My process starts with an application and no BS fitness evaluation so that I can accurately assess where you currently are and help you to build out a realistic blueprint to reach your goals as quickly as possible. Each and every plan is customized to your unique schedule, goals, and current fitness level.
