- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’d like customers to know that our pricing is transparent and depends on the size of the space and the type of service they need. We do offer some discounts for recurring cleanings and we’re always upfront about any fees. This way, there are no surprises. Our prices are always negotiable and We also provide a free estimate.

My typical process for working with a new customer starts with an initial consultation. I like to understand their specific needs and preferences, explain our cleaning process, and then tailor our services accordingly. Once we agree on the details, we schedule the cleaning and make sure everything goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about ten years of experience in this field. Over the years, I’ve gained a lot of hands-on knowledge and also completed specific training courses related to professional cleaning and how to run a business.
