We needed quick help to get our house ready to put on the market and Lorena and her team delivered! They were able to squeeze us in within the week and they did a fabulous job. Who knew the inside of the oven could look so good! They were good with our 2 cats and dog, I was working from home and they were respectful of my meetings and workspace and they really listened to what I needed done and worked hard to make the house spotless for showings. We do offer some discounts for recurring cleanings and we’re always upfront about any fees. This way, there are no surprises. Our prices are always negotiable and We also provide a free estimate.

My typical process for working with a new customer starts with an initial consultation. I like to understand their specific needs and preferences, explain our cleaning process, and then tailor our services accordingly. Once we agree on the details, we schedule the cleaning and make sure everything goes smoothly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about ten years of experience in this field. Over the years, I’ve gained a lot of hands-on knowledge and also completed specific training courses related to professional cleaning and how to run a business.
