Introduction: I received my B.S. from Emmanuel College and my MED from Springfield College. I coached Collegiate Women’s Basketball for several different institutions for 19+ years. I enjoyed a long stint as a personal trainer for various institutions and companies. I retired from coaching in 2011. After her 19+ year career as a Collegiate coach, I continued my journey as a personal trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach at Health and Fitness clubs throughout New England for many years. I have established myself as a knowledgeable and educated trainer as I hold certifications in Personal Training, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCC), Holistic Health Coach, and Functional Training Specialist. I truly enjoy working and teaching clients on how to live a healthy and happy life style.

I’ve been working with D for over a year now and she has helped me tremendously. As a avid golfer she has helped me with my golf game by developing a workout program that is great towards strengthening my hip flexors and core. One of the things that I like most about working with D is that she is able to tailor my training program due to any injuries that I may have incurred from playing golf. She is a wonderful person and trainer. I am so glad to be working with her.

I am a young athlete and I am in JROTC at my school, D at jump has been an amazing coach, leader and mentor in my time of not being in school and not being able to do my JROTC. D has been helping me stay in shape and get ready for when I go back to school.
