I was extremely happy with the quality of the work. Will, one of the owners, was on site all day and made sure everything was done correctly. The work was started a day early and finished in one day. Cleanup was exceptional. I highly recommend this company.

Will and his team were not the cheapest bid but they did a careful job installing the roof using GAF shingles and protecting the edge of each roof with extra ice and water covering so that everything is very well buttoned up.
The job was finished ahead of schedule and the clean up was perfect.
Very professional job in all ways. Highly recommended.

Will and his team did a fantastic job installing our new roof! They were professional, timely, and cleaned up everything making it feel like nobody was even there! There were a few pieces of plywood on my roof that needed replacing as well and they did it at no extra cost. On top of everything, will and the team were friendly and we never felt like we were being pressured or given a big “sales pitch” from the start, you can tell they genuinely cares about people and doing high quality work.
P.S. the pictures don’t do it enough justice, we cannot wait to use Sensible Home Solutions for other exterior projects in the future!

The entire process was seamless and a pleasure. The day of roof installation the crew arrived right on time, went right to work, cleaning and picking up debris as they day went on. They took a break for lunch and then back to work to finish the job by 5:00 that afternoon. Polite, friendly and great to work with. My yard was free of all trash and nails by the end of the day. Hoping they return to put in new skylights in the near future.

I have a unique story that shows the true character of Sensible Home Solutions. There had been a Wiffle Ball stuck in the top gutter in my roof for the last couple years. It rolled around at night and drove my wife and I crazy. With the serious wind storm the other night, it rolled around so much it kept us up most of the night.
I posted my problem on Thumbtack under the gutter section (I didn’t know where else to post) and Will reached out to me right away. I was upfront with him and explained my situation and how I just needed the ball removed and understood if he wasn’t interested. However, he genuinely cared and wanted to help. I estimated the height of my roof and he came by about an hour later. However, my height estimate was off and unfortunately a ladder that was tall enough wasn’t available at that time. I apologized but Will was so nice about it and promised he’d send someone the next day.
Sure enough, someone came the following day and got the ball out. But when they came by, I was on a work call and my 10 year old didn’t tell me and they left without me being able to pay them. They cared about simply getting the job done. I reached out as soon as my call ended and settled up with them and thanked them a ton for their time and effort.
I know this isn’t the most interesting story, but it goes to show how much he cared about helping someone he literally just met. And I appreciate it and would hire him for any gutter work when the time comes.
Attached is a picture of the Wiffle Ball that was causing so much noise.

Our process starts with a free, in-person estimate. Before visiting your property, we run your home through our software, where a trained sketch technician creates a detailed roof drawing. This way, we know about 90% of the project details before seeing your home.
When we come out for the consultation, we'll verify our data, gather any final details you have, and show you all the options available.
