We needed our old wood door and frame/threshold replaced so we ordered a new fiberglass prehung door from Home Depot and a new lock set. Russ did an amazing job removing the old door and installing the new one. He did a great job with the trim work around the frame when it needed to be built out a little due to old door not being standard and it’s an old house(1900). Love love love my new door, it feels very solid and will keep out the weather well.

We had four interior doors installed. Elmer and Joel were exceptional. We work from home and they were careful to minimize disruption, they were efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. Our condo has settled and one of the doors is definite not square. They spent extra time and care to get the door to fit correctly. The other three doors went in like a breeze. We would definitely recommend these folks.

He left the work area cleaner than he found it and even took time to keep an eye on our 19 year old cat. Pleasant, professional and the hardest working handyman I've ever known. I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Vinny and his team at Maitland Builders. Vinny responded to my quote request right away and came by within a couple of days to give me a quote. I selected them for their professionalism and great price. Vinny kept in contact with me during the entire process. He was very flexible when we had to reschedule due to delays on my end. I had my front entry door, storm door and front steps replaced. The team did a great job and installed everything as requested and checked in each day to make sure everything was going as planned and made any adjustments I requested throughout the process. I am very satisfied with the work done and I love my new doors and porch. I look forward to working with Vinny and the team again in the future. I would definitely recommend Maitland Builders!

We needed to replace a back entry door. After placing my info for review Gustavo, the owner was quick to reply and provide an estimate the very next day. We setup a day and time for the replacement door to be installed for Friday with an 8a.m. arrival. Around 8:30 I received a call from Gustavo informing his crew was running behind and would be there at 9:30. I get it things happen and we appreciated the courtesy call. Crew should up before 9:30 and did a great job doing the work and cleaning up. Will hire again!
