The actual cleaning went well, she was friendly and did a very good and thorough ob, especially in the kitchen, which needed a lot of work. I was very unhappy with the scheduling, however. I made an appointment over a week in advance so that I could drive down to the property on my day off, only to have them call and cancel with no explanation given, after I had been waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. They rescheduled for the following morning, so I had to leave work twice the next day to let them in and out, which cost me more time and money. The woman I spoke to on the phone was unhelpful, I won't be using them again. I would like to reiterate, however, that the woman who came to do my cleaning was fantastic and did a very good job, the poor review is in no way a reflection on her or her work. 5 stars for her.

Being 7 months pregnant, I wanted to hire a professional company to clean our new home post construction. When looking for the right company and quotes, I made sure to ask exactly for what I needed. After emailing back and forth, I decided on Integrity Procleaning, even though they were the most expansive, but the service they were promising was exactly what I was looking for. I was concerned when I called Integrity Procleaning, and even though we've been emailing, the representative on the phone did not know anything and I had to go over everything I needed again. Also, she promised I would receive a call 24 hours before the appointment, but nobody ever called. When I reached out to them, they sent an email apologizing for getting behind their calls but confirming the appointment. They promised to be 10 minutes early, but instead were 15 minutes late. It again did not seem like the ladies who showed up to clean knew what they were hired for and they certainly did not come with the right supplies for deep, post construction cleaning. I was not able to be there during or after they cleaned, but I really was hoping for the best. Well, I was extremely disappointed when I went up to the house the next day. The house was barely cleaned on the surface and certainly there was no deep cleaning as promised. Forget the light switches or window cleaning the company promised, they forgot or just simply didn't clean one of the bathrooms and the kitchen sink. The kitchen counters still had residue/dust from painting. The top of the fridge was full of dust. Hard to reach kitchen cabinets still had crumbs/dust. Mirrors and shower doors in the bathrooms were left with streaks. I was really upset as why promise things when you can't deliver. I feel cheated, and it's not even about the money, but the fact that I did not get the service we both agreed on. I would not recommend Integrity Procleaning.

OMG, all I can say is WOW!!!. Integrity Pro did an absolutely AMAZING job. Thank you, Thumbtack for providing a company that REALLY does business how it should be done. They were very professional and cordial and whats best is they did a fantastic job. We not only needed cleaning but in speaking to their representative Keli, we learned they provide all types of services relating to properties. We have been looking for a painter as well and were going to get a cleaning before the painters come in so we can show the property. Their representative Keli saved us money by explaining it was better to get the painting done first and then do the cleaning since it is a vacant home. So instead of them charging me twice for cleaning once the painting crew was done, she ended up saving me more than $500. Now thats INTEGRITY. The customer service was outstanding. Keli seem to listen to my every word and was very attentive to my needs. I learned alot speaking with Keli but most importantly I learned they are a one stop shop for property care. So I allowed them to take on my painting project first before the cleaning. I am a Real Estate Investor with many properties and time restraints that really needed this property to be completed fairly quickly. So its good for me, they are a full service company. The painters they sent were very professional guys that were very meticulous about their work. They moved very efficiently through the property and did not get in each others way. In fact, they even sent extra guys to get the job done even faster. I still cant believe they finished a 4900 sq ft home in 1 day. Now, I understand why this company is super busy. The quality of their work speaks volumes and I will be keeping them busy with all of my properties from now on. Thanks again Thumbtack & Integrity Pro, you guys are the best!!
