About
Hey there!
My name is Krista Quinn! I am a Yoga Therapist and Movement Coach with a decade of experience in the field, and I work with women and allies experiencing chronic back, sacroiliac, and hip pain, who want to alleviate pain and start yoga and strength training.
If your body is always tight and achey. Movements you used to be able to do without much thought, like balancing on one leg or picking up heavy things feel harder, or are more painful. If you are more easily overwhelmed by daily life stress, experience anxiety, shallow breathing, or difficulty relaxing in general, or as a result of chronic pain...
You are in the right place and I'd love to see how I can help.
I firmly believe that once you build a solid movement and mindfulness foundation, then the sky is the limit for what you are capable of doing, the innate intelligence of your body is already there, and it's just a matter of helping you reveal it's genius.
Excited to meet you!
Customers rated this pro highly for responsiveness, work quality, and professionalism.

Krista has been one of the best private instructors I have had. I injured my lower back in the gym and couldn't go back to working out. Krista designed a program around me and my injury. She was very patient and a great teacher. I have made tremendous progress in core strength and confidence. I highly recommend her!

I started working with Krista a few months ago and it's been a fantastic experience! I've had trouble with my lower back for years and she assessed my specific movement issues and built a plan to improve, strength, and reduce pain. She's always positive and has a great attention to detail. It's clear that she really cares about her clients and is a rad person in general. Krista goes over and above to help and accommodate. She really knows her stuff. Highly recommended!

I've worked with several personal trainers over quite a few years, and not one comes close to being as good as Krista! Her expertise in knowing how the body works, how it heals (after big or small injuries!), and how it gets stronger is amazing. Krista's keen focus on your particular needs (and potential), along with her immense knowledge of exercises helps you to continue to move forward even if (when!) modifications are needed. Krista listens well, is always upbeat and encouraging. Working with Krista is truly a joy!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have various investment points available! Approximate virtual pricing below. The cost of in person sessions varies based on travel time and studio fees, and there is limited availability.
1. Virtual Group 10 pass: 189$
2. Virtual 1-1 Coaching 60 minute 102-132$ based on package discounts.
3. I only have a few slots available for in person 1-1 yoga and training, and the cost ranges between 148-160$ depending on travel distance/studio rental fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I start with a free breakthrough call, take a detailed movement/injury history, and get a feeling for your movement goals!
2. Next, we set up a time to meet and I run a series of assessments including gait, sit to stand test, strength/mobility/balance assessments. *These assessments are tailored to the virtual experience and are just as effective, as in person assessments.
3. Based on what we find we start with foundational strength and mobility drills during this session, and then I design a program utilizing various drills/exercises/tools to support you in moving with less pain, and more confidence.
4. The process of working 1-1 can take anywhere from 3 months-1 year, during this time you have access to my group sessions as they become appropriate for your level.
It is my hope that once we get you out of pain and equipped with a solid movement foundation, then we can work on skills training and athletic goals!
