I am only allowed to choose 3 but he met all 5! Unbelievable and professional and also gave me some helpful tips for my electric heater.
Side note, I give him 2 thumbs up as I originally had another appointment with another tech from here and when I requested he wear a mask and shoe booties I would provide, I was told "my guys are vaccinated, we don't wear those"
I DID NOT have this problem and he gladly respected my wishes! Again, 2 thumbs and thank you

I need to do regular maintenance on my HVAC as well as install two smart thermostats. Olivo was extremely quick to respond to my messages. He and Nick were very punctual and did a very good job. They were responsive to all my questions and explained many aspects of the work in detail. They are starting out their business and I would highly recommend them.
