Raphael (the dispatcher I think) was wonderful: he quoted me a great price, confirmed my date and time, and answered all of my questions. He gave me a 8am to 10am window and the movers arrived at 8:15; they were finished by 9:30. The movers picked up the desk in Brookline and it arrived in Dorchester wrapped in a blanket and plastic. I would definitely use R&I Moving and Home Care again (and again!)!

Rafael and the team were amazing with our moving experiences (both times). We appreciated them so much we hired them again for our second move 6 months later without a question. They were speedy and efficient, wrapping all the furniture we had professionally and placing it exactly where we needed it. We would use them again and have been referring them to our friends as well. 10/10 service, no complaints, no issues. They stick to what they quoted you unlike other moving companies that show up with one quote in mind then after up-charge for square footage changes.

I hired the company to move a large sectional from the crate and barrel store to my home. Guys were super professional, careful with wrapping and loading the furniture, unloaded and installed in my house, taking great care not to leave any marks. Absolutely top service!
