Master bath pros did an A+ job on my partial bathroom reno. We bought a house that had the washer and dryer in the primary bathroom and we moved it to the basement to make room for a whirlpool tub. I contacted a few contractors and master bath pros. Maria was instantly responsive and came by to look at the job that night (between Christmas and new years). It was obvious she knew what she was talking about and had experience with things like radiant floors and circumstances I did not even think about. Master bath pros gave a very reasonable price compared to others and made many accommodations when I kept changing my mind and needed flexibility with the timeline. I was also 9 months pregnant and they made sure to get the job done before the baby arrived. My tub and bathroom look amazing. They did tiling and installed the tub with professionalizing and care.

My husband and I hired are a typical millennial couple figuring out home ownership for the first time. In late November, we hired Master Bath Pros to convert our bathtub into a walk-in shower, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Matt and Maria were incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. They provided us with a detailed quote, and even though we had several questions and changes along the way, they were always responsive, kind, and thorough. Their consistent communication and willingness to address all of our concerns made us feel confident in choosing them for our project.
When the work began, everything went smoothly, and the team displayed exceptional craftsmanship. At one point, we noticed the ceiling wasn’t installed properly to accommodate the rain shower we selected. We offer competitive pricing with transparent estimates. Our current promotion includes 50% off installation. Pricing varies depending on the project scope, materials, and any unforeseen conditions. We require a deposit to secure materials, and payments are structured in phases. We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty for our installations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation – We start with a free in-home consultation to understand your needs and discuss your vision. We value your time and work to be as efficient as possible with the initial consultation.
