We booked Endless Moments Event Design with only about 1 month left to our “Under the Stars” event and they did an AMAZING job. Everyone from the DJ, to the many guests commented on how beautifully the venue was decorated. Valerie was very quick to reply to all my inquiries. They showed up on time to decorate... I literally had not one single worry in my interactions with them. If the need arises, I would use them again in a heartbeat or recommend them to others.
Valerie and Veronica are not only amazing party planners but they both work extremely hard and are dedicated to making your event one to remember. They are on top of everything, extremely detail oriented, quick responding, genuine, and want to satisfy your visions times TEN! We had our baby shower on February 4, 2017 and it was honestly AMAZING!!! When we walked into the venue we were blown away with the creativity and effort put into the props, center pieces, back drops, lighting, everything was PERFECT! Our guests walked in and asked if our baby shower was a wedding LOL. This shows how extremely detailed and beautiful our set up was. We were beyond happy with the turn out! Everything was gorgeous from the decorations to the sweets and the entire set up! It was the baby shower that we always dreamed of and will remember forever. These ladies made it happen, I truly recommended her for anyone who wants to have that perfect event they always dreamed of. They are one of a kind and you WILL NOT be disappointed! They are already hired for TJs birthday parties and he is not even here yet! We appreciate you ladies.

I had a very small wedding. Sometimes, Decorating for that can be more difficult . Honestly, Endless Moments (Valerie) made it extra special. Valerie's decor made it beautiful beyond words! Even the wait staff was commenting on it !! Valerie responded to every text within minutes. Not to mention, She is a sweetheart ! I would highly recommend Endless Moments !!

From the moment we had contact with one another until the day of my wedding reception, Seas the Moment went above and beyond. The decor was beautiful. Her responses to my emails were immediate and her attention to detail was flawless. I feel like I have gained a friend. She listened to all of my requests and she also accommodated any last minute changes I made. I would give her a 10 out of 10 all day, everyday. I am very critical of events or parties I throw and I am pleased to say that I would work with her again in a heart beat!!

Valerie did a great job. She set my expectations appropriately & met them. I was able to conveniently meet her near my work and calligraphy mirrors for my wedding looked great. She was very patient during my font selection.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All quotes are different and vary on a variety of factors.
Initial quote is just an estimate..in order to give a more accurate quote we request that a potential client give us as much information as possible about the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome all new and past clients.. and request that clients give us as much information as possible about the event they would like to host. The first step is gathering all your ideas/wants and needs between phone calls/emails..and finalizing a quote/cost figure. Once you agree on the costs, we then set up a meeting for contract signing/Deposit/ venue walk thru etc. We have a very simple process and are very flexible when scheduling appointments/meetings/phone calls.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive Customer Service/business management backgrounds as well as lots of knowledge in all things Crafty!!!
