Due to a physically debilitating illness, I had let my house go and it was desperate for a deep cleaning. I also need regular cleanings since I am not able to do it myself right now. Ana and her colleague did an amazing job! She was very professional, and when the job took longer than expected, she communicated that and was fair about pricing. They did not leave an inch of my house untouched. They literally cleaned from floor to ceiling! I am looking forward to having Ana maintain her beautiful work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge according to work demand. A one-time deep cleaning can take anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours, depending on the condition of the home. If the job is just a one-time spring/fall cleaning or a full cleaning, the rate will be higher than a regular weekly/monthly client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial greeting via Thumbtack, email or phone, I like to meet with them to show me around and explain what they are looking for. This way I can provide a more accurate quote based on the job. This also gives the new client a chance to see if I'm someone they want to work with in the future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for over 3 years. I clean houses, I'm always looking for professional training. You have to be good at it and enjoy doing it.
