Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size of the home, condition, and type of cleaning (standard, deep clean, or post-construction). Deep cleaning is usually higher on the first visit; after that, recurring services are more affordable. We offer better pricing for weekly and bi-weekly clients. No hidden fees. We offer 50% discount for a deep cleaning for first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer sends details (size, type of cleaning, location, timing). We provide a quote and confirm the scope. We schedule the service. Our team arrives fully equipped and completes the cleaning. After the first visit, most clients move to a recurring schedule.
