The cleaning itself was ok, but unprofessional.
They will arrive either 1.5 hrs earlier or 40 min late without any prior notice until you ask; with appointments you scheduled half a month also double-checked prior the appointment.
And they will open your cabinet without any prior communication and admission, when you question that they will say oh just for trash bags searching——if that case, please always ask before open any drawers or cabinets.
Also even if you told them that please do not unplugged any equipment or device without prior asking, still they would do that caused the whole house power shut down after service done.
The cleaning itself is on.

I contacted Paula's Cleaning Team last month, and I got a response immediately. When I discussed price and cleaning schedule with Kassielem, she always responded promptly and professionally. She came to clean my apartment for the first time yesterday, and she was excellent! Her work was thorough and meticulous--she cleaned places that were usually overlooked, such as the top of my refrigerator, the corners of the floor, and the edges of the windows. She also rearranged the scattered books and papers on my floor. I was so impressed with her work that I decided to hire her regularly from now on. When I see a cleaner who is willing to go above and beyond in her work, which is rare, I know I've found someone who is worth keeping in the long term. I strongly recommend Paula's Cleaning Team's services!

I was absolutely pleased with Paula’s team. They did a very meticulous job and took their time in cleaning every thing I asked for.
Everything was spotless and smelled fresh and clean.
They even left a nice, handwritten thank you-card afterwards.
Would highly recommend them for anyone in this area!

Booking a deep cleaning was incredible easy and was available for 2 days after i contacted them. The woman who came to clean was very thorough and kind. She spent time in areas that needed a lot of attention and even added really nice touches such as setting a blanket on the bed, rearranging and cleaning the products on my dresser, and even putting the miscellaneous fruit in a bowl! Was very pleased with this company and the cleaners service. Would recommend Paula’s to anyone who needs a houseclean.

They are great! They arrive on time and get right to cleaning. They are quick and do a fantastic job. I was happy with the initial cleaning and have asked for them to come back biweekly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with our deep cleaning service for all new customers.
After that, we offer regular cleaning service on a fortnightly or monthly service (or as the customer prefers). In order for us to provide the most accurate pricing, the kick-off meeting is a quick tour of your home to see the size, condition and layout.
Although we can evaluate those who are not interested in this method, it is necessary that they provide us with information about the house such as size, the number of residents among others.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My cousin and I work in related businesses and feel the need to offer a complementary business to Massachusetts residents.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential customers, post construction, real estate investors who own AirBnB properties and real estate developer customers who own new construction homes looking for recurring services.
We also serve clinics, day care, restaurants, gyms and offices.
