Jayliana did house and pet sitting for my grown son Ty, who has numerous birds and other little pets. She was there 6 days and did an exceptional job, with great communication throughout. I was on the text thread, Ty didnt want to chance missing an update. She texted photos/videos and asked occasional questions to make sure she was feeding the right food to each pet for example. She took good notes and was always accurate, but its good to double-check! Not sure Ty will get around to writing a review but I can say Ty was very happy, and will use her services again! Thank you Jayliana, we appreciate your help!

Jayliana is an amazing kitty sitter! She stayed with my two wonderful, and somewhat demanding, cats for a week, and did a fabulous job keeping up with their specific diets and needs. She was very clear and communicative with me before, during and after her stay. She miraculously charmed both of them into accepting cuddles and pets, played with them to keep them happy and busy, and left my house spotless. I'll hire her again anytime I need cat care. Jaylynn was amazing, follows directions to the "T", and kept our house tidy during her stay. She is very comunicative and ask questions! She sent us pictures and videos through out her stay. Hands down the best sitter we have had thus far! We will definitely book her again!!

We were scrambling to book a sitter for our pups when we had to make last minute travel plans for work. Jayliana was quick to respond and confirmed her availability. Our pups immediately warmed up to her and we were very impressed with her ability to get our antisocial cat to play and cuddle with her.
Jayliana was very attentive to our pups needs and communicated frequently with updates for peace of mind. She even sent us pictures and videos which made us feel like we were back home with our fur babies! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My overnight care starts at $175/day and includes full-time in-home care so pets can stay comfortable in their normal routine and environment with someone who is experienced while you travel.
A deposit is required to reserve dates, especially for longer bookings and busy seasons. I may occasionally offer discounted rates for new clients depending on the booking :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with an in-home meet and greet so both the pets and owners can get comfortable with me, and I can make sure it’s a good fit on my end as well. During the meet and greet, we go over routines, care instructions, and any important details about the pets or home.
From there, clients can send the deposit to secure their booking, or if needed, we can schedule additional meet and greets or trial visits beforehand to help everyone feel fully comfortable :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for pets and have been pet sitting full time for nearly two years. I’m currently taking Pet First Aid/CPR classes, and I’m also insured for added safety :) Throughout my time pet sitting, I’ve cared for a variety of animals and relationships with over 10 clients and their pets.
