Introduction: V&L Property Holdings, LLC. agrees to provide the following services on an ongoing basis:
1. Invoice & follow up with tenants for contracted units for monthly rent payment
2. Facilitate move in, move out for tenants (landlord will provide keys, and access to property)
3. Posting of notices
4. Eviction assistance (V&L will draft notices, initiate service but will bill landlord for service costs of the
constable or sheriff; V&L will provide invoicing to landlord)
5. Complimentary rent analysis
6. Complimentary annual on site inspection
7. Complimentary service and communication work associated with housing subsidies, including rent
increases as appropriate
8. Complimentary comprehensive market assessment for property
9. Manage normal & ordinary communications with tenant(s)
10. Coordinate any necessary repairs between tenant(s) and landlord.
10a. V&L Property Holdings, LLC. will coordinate access for landlord's list of technicians and ensure access
to unit via tenant(s); technician will bill landlord directly.
10b. V&L Property Holdings, LLC. will recommend technicians at landlord's request, but any billing or
service agreement would be between the technician and the landlord directly.
