Details: I need plowing now and for the rest of the season • I do not need salt and de-icing • Driveway • Walkway / path • Less than 500 sq ft (~2 car driveway) • Moderate slope • I just need snow plowing for my residence

I was clear with the customer $50 to plow 14” of snow was only for the plowing. If I were to clean her car and driveway as she wanted, we would have charged more money. This was a deal for the customer, and I offered to go back the next day. She proceeded to hang the phone up on us.
