About Northeast Video Productions

We offer high-definition video and Blu-ray or standard DVD authoring for weddings, bar bat mitzvahs, quinceneras, dance recitals, sporting events, corporate products, training videos, and internet videos.

I personally shoot, edit, and author each project to guarantee a high-quality product and personalized service. The magic of a successful video presentation is mainly in the editing process, and I spend a great deal of time editing your project to meet your desired goals and expectations.

My clients appreciate the time spent to be sure that each project is error free and of high quality. My motto is "affordable excellence", and that is what drives my business.

Michael, our wedding video was fantastic. Very well done with the chapters and everyone's names. The HD quality was also wonderful. Thanks again for all your hard work on our wedding. We will treasure this video and be able to relive the day for many years to come!!!!

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Please check some samples of my work on my website. There are still photos and short videos of some past projects. It is also important to speak to previous clients to find out their experience working with my company and find out what they liked or disliked with my services.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There are no secrets in this business. The finished video speaks for itself. The video should have a flow to it and not be shaky or move too quickly. Most professional videographers will have professional grade cameras, tripods, microphones ,lights and editing software. The main difference lies in the creative eye of the videographer that you choose.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Please be sure that you know what you are purchasing when you hire a videographer. There are many options and formats to shoot and deliver video so be sure that there are no "extra" costs for items that you want but are not listed in a contract. Some videographers specialize in only weddings or Corporate work so ir is important to be sure that the professional you hire has experience producing the type of event for which you are hiring him.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The amount of money they plan on spending. There are many different choices involved that can have a project range from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars.
It is important to view examples of past projects similar to your own to see if the style of the videographer is what you are looking for. Some videographers shoot a wedding and hand the tape to the couple at the end of the night, while others(now that tape is becoming obsolete) shoot on a memory card and spend many hours reviewing, correcting and editing the footage to make a memorable and pleasing finished DVD. The old saying that you get what you pay for is true, and I hopefully always give you more than you paid for in each of my videos.
