- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate or I can give you a fixed price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's never typical. People are different. I give a price based on the information available but I almost always verify the info with a site visit. Then i'll give the customer a formal estimate and make them aware of potential add ons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been reading blueprints since I was a child. I've been around or working in construction for most, if not all, of my life.
