With 2 kids and a black lab, our sectional couch, which is only 3.5 years old, was looking really bad. I called Fred on Monday and he was able to schedule me for an appointment the next day. Our service was completed yesterday and we are 100% satisfied - the person who did the job was very professional and he did a great job. Our couch looks amazing! I only received one quote through Thumbtack but I thought it was fair so didn't try shopping around elsewhere. I was also very happy they were able to schedule us so quickly. The only negative thing I have to say is that they were about an hour later than they had estimated - it wasn't a huge deal, but I did have to leave them in my house alone while I left for school pick up. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Duraclean for any upholstery cleaning needs.
