I had never tried this carpet cleaning method. The carpets being cleaned were OLD and DIRTY. They came out very well and the deodorizer application was also excellent. Will definitely use again. The technicians were efficient, professional, and helpful. Found them though Thumbtack and they responded quickly and scheduled according to my wishes.

This particular process of carpet cleaning was new to me. The method is completely different from anything I've experienced. They arrived on time, were professional, clean, cautious with my furniture and thorough. They explained everything about the process as they worked. I want to reiterate… They couldn't have been any more polite!
After the job was complete… A day later… I had a concern that the owner of the company immediately responded to and explained thoroughly what I might be looking at. He was enthusiastic about sending his crew back out again to take a look at the situation and either explain or resolve it. They came back as agreed and again were just as professional as before. I'm not typically a complainer… But they made me feel totally at ease that they wanted to eliminste any concerns i might have and we're happy to do it. They made it clear to me they wanted nothing but a happy customer and were willing to go the extra mile to guarantee that.
Expect a different process than you're used to… But my carpets look beautiful and I would recommend them highly!!!

The whole carpet cleaning experience was excellent from beginning to end. I received a very fair quote immediately, followed up by an email. I asked for more information and a brochure was emailed out within an hour. When I called them to schedule a time, the contact person was helpful, thorough and provided a variety of time slots. I was so happy that they were able to come on a Saturday - this just made my life so much easier! Chris was awesome - he cleaned our carpet, provided detailed explanations about the products he was using, helped move out our old couch and was just so pleasant, kind and professional. I strongly recommend OxiFresh - outstanding professionalism and exceedingly awesome customer service!
