Murilo, Luigi, and their team at Flawless Construction were unbelievable! Murilo scoped the job on Thursday afternoon; I received a quote (not to mention the best quote of 3) that evening, and work started the following Monday morning. They demo'd 2 walls in my house; removed 1 full wall, removed 1 half wall, patched the ceiling, patched the walls, painted the ceiling, removed the existing carpet, added engineered hard wood (which blends extremely well with the existing hardwood and kitchen tiles), added 8 recessed lights, and finished all of this work in less than 2 weeks. Plastic sheeting was put up daily for every dirty job, and disassembled at the end of the day. All debris were cleaned up and removed daily. I was concerned about the new floor being nailed down as the house has forced hot water (radiant heat); Murilo had it covered; the new floor was glued down, perfectly flat, beautiful transitions, and it was even installed in a single day (~13 hours). Murilo was extremely punctual; I always knew what the plan for the next day(s) would be. All contractors were friendly, professional, and dedicated to their work. I highly recommend Murilo, Luigi, and their team at Flawless Construction for your next job; I absolutely will be hiring them again for my next job and will recommending them to my friends and family in Massachusetts whenever a contractor is needed!

Murilo and his team just finished replacing our 20 year old deck. They did an excellent job!! They arrived on time (if not early!) each morning, were very professional in interactions with us, and cleaned up after themselves each night. I worked with Flawless for completely replacing my aged deck recently. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and courtesy and how they conducted themselves including arriving on time, communicating effectively, and addressing any concerns and questions I had at every stage. Suffice to say they FAR exceeded all my expectations and one of the best experiences I have had in the recent past with any contracting company.
