Individual Session: $125 for 1 hour (includes PNF stretching at the end for flexibility and recovery) Couples Session: $150 for 1 hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting to know you, your goals, lifestyle, challenges, and fitness history. We begin with a posture and movement analysis so I can understand how your body moves and where we need to focus to prevent injury and build strength safely. From there, I create a fully customized training plan tailored to your body, goals, and preferences. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, getting back into shape after pregnancy, training with a partner, or just trying to find motivation, every detail is designed with you in mind. I also include PNF stretching at the end of each session to support recovery, flexibility, and mobility. Throughout our work together, I’ll be there to guide, adjust, motivate, and educate you every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, and I’m a former professional athlete who competed for 10 years as a sprinter on the Turkish National Track & Field Team, specializing in the 200m and 400m events. I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and have been working in the fitness and wellness industry since 2015. I also hold certifications in nutrition and Pilates instruction, and I’ve trained under elite coaches and sports scientists, gaining hands-on knowledge in injury prevention, mobility, performance, and recovery. Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which allows me to take a holistic approach to health, supporting not just physical transformation, but also emotional and mental well-being, especially for clients dealing with stress, motivation challenges, or big life transitions.
