- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is simple and welcoming! Once you reach out, I'll share details about my live virtual group fitness classes, answer any questions, and learn a little about your fitness experience, goals, and any injuries or limitations that may require modifications. Before your first class, I'll provide the Zoom link and explain what equipment you'll need (dumbbells and resistance bands are recommended, but alternatives are available). Our sessions are beginner-friendly, focusing on foundational movements, proper form, strength, and mobility. As you build confidence and endurance, we'll gradually increase the intensity while offering modifications to accommodate different fitness levels. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and motivated while building a consistent exercise routine. You don't need to be in shape to get started. Just show up, and we'll build from there! 💪
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, and I’m a former professional athlete who competed for 10 years as a sprinter on the Turkish National Track & Field Team, specializing in the 200m and 400m events. I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and have been working in the fitness and wellness industry since 2015. I also hold certifications in nutrition and Pilates instruction, and I’ve trained under elite coaches and sports scientists, gaining hands-on knowledge in injury prevention, mobility, performance, and recovery. Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which allows me to take a holistic approach to health, supporting not just physical transformation, but also emotional and mental well-being, especially for clients dealing with stress, motivation challenges, or big life transitions.
