- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing off generally off the size of square footage of the home (for washing siding) or area to be pressure washed. Complexity will also factor into it; for example, a deck may be more than a patio of the same size due to the various areas of the deck that may need to be washed, including steps, railings, spindles, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to speak to them directly and determine exactly what they need done (siding, deck, walkway, etc). If possible, it's helpful to know an approximate size of area, such as the square footage of the house or size of the deck. Having the address so I can view the home or area to be washed on Google Maps is often sufficient. Potential customers.can also post or send pictures if they prefer. I usually don't need to view the home in person first, but I am always willing to do so if that is the customer's preference.

I have worked 10+ years with other local pressure washing companies.
