I have never worked with an event planner before and wasn't sure what to expect. Jenna's help ended up being crucial in arranging a 50 person birthday party, especially since I was out of town for a few weeks in the leadup. I really appreciated Jenna's creative ideas and her calm demeanor in carrying out tasks. She was also able to pivot when changes were necessary, including returning unused alcohol after the event and coordinating a different pickup time for sound equipment. I felt that Jenna listened to my vision for the event and worked to execute it, including specific ideas that I requested and some fun surprises that really made for a great atmosphere. All of my guests told me they had a fun night, and that was my biggest hope going into planning. It would have been a significantly more stressful experience without Jenna's help!
