I had an old valve that needed a cartridge and I wanted to be careful with the valve and replace it gently so I would not need to open a wall..... and hence I put out a request for a plumber. A couple responded-- he was the fastest---- and called me before the end of the day (the only). I then discussed this with him and the second caller and understandngthe situation I decided he was the right guy. He had experience and availability. Well, this was a GREAT decision. He arrived on time, all the materials needed for the repair were available, and completed the task in quick order. It was NOT rushed but rather professional and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was clean on the way out the door and I would not hesitate to have him come back and back and back. A great experience and relief for me.
