• A Perfect Day - When we hired J&E Construction & Carpentry Services!
Johel Chavez and his brother provided a reasonable Quote for our Deck Repair - replacing several boards. They quickly pointed out a few more spots that also needed to be repaired for safety and now the deck will have a longer life.
The same day, Johel left to buy the materials at Lowes and get another team member to tackle the job! Together they quickly removed all the bad boards. And, before we knew it the new boards were expertly inserted. It was impressive. Johel’s team was so proficient, they worked fast and efficiently. They were a Super Team, making the project stress-free for us!

Johel and his team were great! I had removed a deck/stairs from our rear entry and needed new steps built to replace the temporary stairs. The door was also in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Johel was quick and efficient. He completed the door a couple days later and the steps as soon as the material had arrived. They completed quality work ensuring that the door was weather sealed and the stairs were the exactly how we wanted them. My mom has arthritis and requested a skinnier and round hand railing similar to our front steps. He added a similar railing to the one we have in our front entry that she can easily grasp. They cleaned up well after the job leaving no debris. We will definitely have them back again for future projects.

Joel and his team were exceptional to work with! I had all my bedroom and closet doors removed, reframed and replaced. He also had to replaced and stain the threshold. Joel was super responsive when I first reached out, came by quickly to assess the job, get me a quote, and worked with my busy schedule to get the job scheduled. Everything was done in one day. Cleanup with done at the end of day so we don’t even know we had work done. He provided flexible payment options and the pricing was fair. Would highly recommend!
